Shipping

  • Orders ship within 2-5 business days.
  • Orders ship Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
  • All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service. Once an order ships you will receive tracking number sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
  • Once your package leaves our store it is out of our hands. If there is an issue with delivery, or tracking please contact your local post office.       

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, We will do what we can to make it right!
Please contact us if you believe you've received an incorrect item, defective item, or wrong size.
 
Rules & Procedures for Returns:
  • If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit.
  • We may not always provide exchanges due to limited inventory.
  • The customer is responsible for returned shipping cost.
  • Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, free of odors, and still have original tags (If item came with tags).
  • All Sales Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Shoes must be returned in original shoe box. 
  • You are responsible for the return costs. Please include name and order number on package.                       
**Colors, textures, and patterns may vary due to photography, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These are not considered defective items.**
Condition of Returned Items:
All items must be returned unwashed, unworn, free of orders and with original tags. If items do not meet these conditions we cannot accept the item for return and it will be sent back to you with a shipping return fee.

Store Credit: 
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive store credit via email. Store credit will be issued minus returned shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please contact us if you receive a damaged or defective item within 48 hours to receive a full refund. Refund will be issued based upon original payment method. Notification received after the 48 hour window will not be eligible for a refund.
